Job Description
Our service scheduling team assists customers when they call into the dealership. They make service appointments help trouble shoot minor issues and provide excellent customer service which aligns with our role is critical as it may be a customers first interaction with our dealership. We strive to provide a level of customer service which is premier and matches our premier brand.
- Assist customers calling into the dealership
- Communicate information to the rest of the team
- Use our systems to keep notes/follow up
