Position: Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater)
Industry: Operational Services Stormwater
Location: Roanoke VA
Schedule: Full-Time 40-55 hours per week (Monday - Friday overtime opportunities)
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 an hour depending on experience
Travel: Required (typically 85% per month) Lodging expenses covered $68 per diem and company vehicle provided for travel.

What youll do:
- Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities concrete structures and stormwater basins across the central states ensuring communities are safe and resilient.
- Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders excavators and dozers showcasing your technical expertise.
- Travel and Explore: Embrace the opportunity to travel during the week exploring new locations while making a significant impact on various projects.
- Innovate and Learn: Master pioneering construction techniques and regulatory compliance strategies positioning yourself as a leader in the industry.
- Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement ensuring our projects are always top-notch.
- Prioritize Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards on every project safeguarding yourself and your team at all times.
What were looking for:
- 5-7 years of construction experience preferably in stormwater infrastructure underground utilities concrete repair or erosion control.
- Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure concrete structures rebar and concrete finishing underground piping and detention/retention basins
- Ability to manage budgets timelines and staff.
- Willingness to travel (85% of the time).
- Physically able to perform manual labor lift 60 lbs. and work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers.
- Valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
- GED or High School Diploma.
