The relationships that WTW enjoys with its carrier / vendor and solution partners within the Health and Benefits (H&B) segment are a key component to our success and the success of our clients. As a Carrier / Vendor Relationship manager you will be responsible for managing the business and financial relationship with specific insurance carriers vendors and solution providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
This role has emerged as a result of the H&B Transformation program and our increased ambition to drive better results for our clients and employees. It is a full-time colleague role and will report to the North American Carrier/Vendor Relations and Placement Leader.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $165000 - $185000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
