This internship is more than an opportunity it is about preparing and developing the next group of individuals for the next step in their career.
This position is onsite daily- downtown OKC.
Hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p
An IT Project Management Intern assists the IT Project Manager with various tasks related to project planning execution and reporting for the IT Engineering team. The IT Project Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies tools and processes while supporting the successful execution of projects.
A day in the life of an IT Project Management Intern
- Documentation Create and update project documentation including meeting meetings and status reports.
- Communication Coordinate communication between project teams stakeholders and sponsors.
- Tracking and Reporting Monitor project progress track milestones and report project status.
- Tool Proficiency Gain experience with project management tools including Microsoft Teams Jira and Confluence.
- Support Project Execution Assist with project logistics resource management and coordination.

Qualifications
Education
- Must be a junior senior or recent college graduate
- Working toward completing a BBA in Project Management Management Information Systems or Management
Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of project management practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
