Shifts - 37.5 hours per week Sunday - Thursday rotation 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

The Role
As an Operational Skills Coach with Pets you will be required to train new starters and ensure they are trained in all warehouse systems and functions. You will be a new colleagues first port of call and will make them feel comfortable and welcomed into the team. The role will include consulting with the First Line Managers and Shift Operations Managers to ensure the training program is being met and all the skills matrixes are up to date. You are also required to deliver refresher training for existing employees ensuring paperwork is completed and training records are updated. You will have a good awareness of safety and well-being of others in line with company procedures and requirements on safe working practices. There is a chance you will need to be flexible both in terms and duties within the warehouse and in hours of work to ensure that all business needs are met.
