Job Description
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis. This position is a hybrid opportunity primarily working from home however can also be based at one of the following FCL Fertilizer Terminals: Grassy Lake AB; Hanley SK; or Brandon or Winnipeg MB.
Do you have experience dealing with accounts payable/receivables and are interested in exploring the fertilizer industry This role is the perfect opportunity for you to do so!
What youll do:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivables invoices within set deadlines.
- Interact with suppliers to rectify invoices.
- Assist Fertilizer Specialist in supplier purchase order retail co-op work order and release number management.
- May provide coverage and assistance to Fertilizer Terminal Coordinators as needed.
- Other duties as required.

The Team:You will work closely with the Fertilizer Commercial team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration with lots of areas to learn and grow.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- You have a High School Diploma.
- You have two years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or Administration (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- You have intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and superior accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Youre able to manage a diverse and changing workload in a fast-paced environment.
