The Education Facilitator role offers you a unique opportunity to shape lives through education. As part of our team at Serco you will empower inmates by enhancing their literacy and numeracy skills paving the way for better employment opportunities and personal growth. Your work will play a pivotal role in rehabilitation leaving a lasting impact on individuals and the community.

To be successful in this role youll have:
- Experience in teaching literacy and numeracy.
- A tertiary teaching qualification and the ability to use Microsoft Office and student data systems.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team and the wider organization.
- Excellent communication skills able to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- An openness to innovation and change.
- A commitment to meeting standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO).
- Art or music qualifications and experience (Desirable).
