Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm with occasional Saturdays
Pay: $17.00; weekly pay
Before You Start: Previous commercial cleaning experience is required; team lead / supervision experience strongly required. You must be reliable detail-oriented and able to complete projects quickly. Must be able to pass a background check drug test (THC included) and have your own vehicle to travel between sites with a satisfactory driving record.
Location:Grand Rapids MI
Primary Duties (Including but Not Limited To)
- Construction Cleans: Removing dust debris and residue from newly built or renovated areas to prepare spaces for use.
Window Cleaning: Washing interior and exterior windows using appropriate tools and safety equipment.
One-Time & Deep Cleans: Performing thorough cleanings in offices facilities or residences on a non-routine basis.
Dorm Turnovers: Cleaning and resetting student housing units between occupants according to checklist standards.
Floor Care: Stripping waxing buffing and scrubbing floors as needed for special project jobs.
Using Equipment: Operating vacuums scrubbers lifts ladders and other tools safely and efficiently.
Job Site Travel: Reporting to various locations across the region depending on scheduled project work.
Following Safety Protocols: Using proper PPE and following company safety guidelines at all times.
Communicating with Team: Coordinating with supervisors and coworkers to complete jobs on schedule.
Adapting to Tasks: Shifting between job types and working conditions based on project needs.
Requirements
- Age Requirement: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Legal Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in the US.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check per location requirements
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet job responsibilities.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting at least 25 pounds.
- Maintenance Skills: Proficiency in handling basic maintenance repairs or other cleaning duties as required.
- Teamwork: Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
