Position Highlights:
- Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours 4 hours admin)
- Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week
- Care for adults 18 and older
- Average of 18-20 patients per day
- Opportunity for telehealth visits
- No call expectations
