Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Medical Respite Unit in Mercer County!
Pioneers in the home care industry InterimHealthCare is looking for LPNs with a passion to provide exceptional patient care in partnership with a mobile health clinic in Mercer County. Starting in July you will be part of a team that provides adult medical respite in our community.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with our staffing division heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Work with a team of RNs OTs PTs SLPs and HHAs to deliver quality patient care
- Take patient vitals do assessments document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
- Assist RN in carrying out patients plan of care and teaching patient self-care techniques
- Educate family on the patients plan of care medication andsafety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and plan for discharge
A few must-haves for Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 500 hours of LPN experience ideally in a skilled nursing facility or home health setting
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing strong communication skills and compassion
