Job Description
This position will have the opportunity to rotate through both inpatient and outpatient patient care areas in the liver kidney heart and lung transplant populations. To excel in this role you must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have completed a PGY2 residency in transplant or have equivalent clinical experience. Additional Job Description
Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelors degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency Licensure Certifications Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
