Hey Im Dr. Ashley and Im on a mission to change the face of healthcare. Your average healthcare office is focused on sick care and medicationsbut we do things differently. - Greet and engage every patient with energy and intention
- Lead phone calls follow-ups and patient conversions with confidence
- Educate patients about chiropractic and our mission
- Manage scheduling data entry and patient payment processing
- Support doctors during patient care and maintain a smooth office flow
- Present services wellness products and care plans effectively
- Keep accurate patient records and deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Passionate about health and helping others grow
- Confident communicator and people person
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Must be comfortable working between both McDonough and Sharpsburg offices
- High-energy coachable and team-oriented
