The Role

The Client Services Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing solutions to custom reporting needs for some of Americas largest Defined Contribution (DC) Clients. In addition they will support client service team members in resolving product service or plan set up issues for our clients.

  • Creating custom client reports leveraging step by step procedures provided by the client service team
  • Identifying the content format and data for strategic client reports and validating the information provided meets the clients needs.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to facilitate requirements gathering for new reporting and improvements to existing reports. Define and detail the specifications for key management reporting requests.
  • Partner with development peers to share knowledge and provide consultation on complex reporting requests
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to build out client specific or cross-client solutions to address common and sophisticated client reporting needs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Consistent track record working with Defined Contribution plans
  • Strong database/Excel skills required.
  • Experience with enhanced PSW reporting is required and expertise knowledge of this platform is preferred.
  • Ability to apply analytical and interpersonal skills to uncover the true requirements of our clients reporting needs.
  • Confidence with providing mentorship and expertise to our client facing associates regarding all technical aspects of custom client reporting.
  • Daily you are able to identify the client need determine the best source of data to meet the need extract the data and build an expertly tailored report.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment with our India reporting team to ensure we are efficiently crafting recurring reports requested by our clients.
  • You apply analytical skills to drive creative solutions for both our reporting team as well as other functions across Client Service Operations

The Team

The Business Management Team is passionate about supporting the Client Facing and Operations teams that provide first class service to our DC clients. The solutions tools and reports we provide allow our front-line associates to focus on the true needs of the client.

The CAR Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting Workplace Investing DC Client and Participant Services department by investigating and resolving participant and plan sponsor issues related to their respective defined contribution plans. The Customer Account Resolution Specialist will demonstrate their knowledge of Fidelitys DC products and processes to make adjustments (highest-complexity) on Plan participant retirement accounts in accordance with 401K rules and regulations.
