Job Summary:
The Flight Avionics Department within Raytheon Hardware Engineering provides Electrical Systems Engineering to develop Electronic Systems solutions for products across the Raytheon portfolio. Our core electrical engineering responsibilities include architecture requirements integration and test. Our core electrical engineering technologies include RF/RADAR Navigation/IMU/GPS Digital and Power. We partner with several Electrical Product Team departments that provide the detailed design of our electrical products as well as systems teams.
The Flight Avionics department has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Principal Integrated Product Lead with experience leading large complex teams supplier management oversight of schedule & budget and experience with Telemetry (TM) & Flight Termination System (FTS) qualification. The TM/FTS Lead role is a key program role contributing directly to the successful execution of the product and resulting mission capabilities delivered to the customer. The TM/FTS Lead will lead a cross-functional and cross-discipline team while providing both technical and financial oversight in meeting program commitments specific to Qualification and Certification activities related to critical FTS components required for successful flight test events. The role requires a high level of coordination across team leaders executing analysis qualification testing to extreme environmental profiles and validating test results to already released specifications in addition to delivering all required artifacts to the Range Safety Officer for review and final FTS Report submittal for approval 45 days before each scheduled flight test event. The successful candidate will have the ability to interface with the program and customer leadership to help develop a common vision to the teams as well as strong experience with earned value management.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
