Role: Project Management-AHU/Chiller HVAC Product
Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly talented motivated individuals for Project Management who can work with multiple stake holders across the globe with expertise in Residential & Light Commercial/Automotive Airconditioning segment Product development in a data center environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Project/ Program management.

• This role requires the candidate to keep a track of all key ongoing NPD Data center projects in the region.

• Keep a track of various data center project life cycle starting with technical bid award of the project factory witness test & qualification on time delivery of the product to site commissioning closure of customer observations & any design modification feedback from customer.

• Ability to understand concepts in mechanical electrical electronic systems and communicate the progress of projects to core team.

• Coordinate with various cross functional team and location for smooth execution of projects.

• Responsible for smooth execution of the project & highlight the RISK with mitigation plan to management.

Role Purpose:

• Data Center ongoing Program tracking

• End to end Project management of new projects from tender stage to execution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical / electrical engineering with 58 years of experience.

• Product development (Mechanical systems) experience is required. HVAC / Air conditioner product development is preferred.

• 7 to 10 years total experience with at least 3 years of Project management experience within complex projects.

• Project Management Professional credentials or equivalent is a plus.

• Understanding of fundamental financial concepts like BOP / NPV / ROI / CAPEX / etc.

• Good understanding of Project Management & NPD Process.
