Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a Bar Team Leader withbundles of energy and enthusiasm to join usso if you have experience of leadinga team in a fast paced customer focused environment and you are lookingto carve out your career in the hospitality industry; this may be just the jobfor you.
Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal Kent the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotels Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.
At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count so as anambassador for our brand this role will see you supporting the management teamundertaking duty manager shifts and responsibilities and you will lead anddevelop our team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers atevery opportunity.
If you havent got any previous hospitalityexperienceplease do not worry so long as that you possess some of thequalities outlined below we can train you and teach you everything else thatyou will need to know.
