Compensation Information:
- Earning Potential: $80000 - $120000 per year
- Signing and relocation bonuses are available
- Flexible Compensation Models: Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
- Performance-based incentives of up to $9000 a year
Location and Schedule:
- Opportunities in Colorado Springs and Pueblo CO
- Flexible scheduling (4 or 5 day or weeks)

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services
- Collaborate with families physicians and schools
- Provide culturally competent family-centered care
- Manage cases according to quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Colorado DORA SLP license
- BLS/CPR certification
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit 1-2 hours stand/walk 4-6 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
