Raytheons Systems Integration and Test Naval Weapons Department is seeking a Missile Integration Design Verification Test (DVT) and Qualification (Qual) Lead. The individual will lead a small team of individual contributors in an Agile environment to support missile integration activities design verification tests and qualification tests for the SM-6 IU/SM-2 IIICU program.
What You Will Do
- Develop planning and documentation of engineering assembly procedures engineering acceptance test procedures Spectrum management & COMSEC
- Lead a small team in the development of IOMs and integration of IOMs through engineering acceptance tests and recording telemetry
- Set up a lab with safes COMSEC and Collateral Secret hardware cages grounding and static work benches.
- Coordinate with Raytheon Redstone Missile Integration Facility (RRMIF) and Operations (Ops) in assembly & integration at RRMIF.
- Coordinate Government Furnished Material (GFM) and new missile hardware
- A DoD active secret clerance is required (not an interim).
What You Will Learn
- Experience working across a multi-disciplined group of engineers.
- Experience working in an Agile program environment and with Test-driven Multidisciplined Capability (TDMC) implementation
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting Design Verification Testing or Qualification Testing or Flight Tests.
- Experience with acquiring & handling COMSEC (communications Security)
- Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with SM-2 and SM-6 missile assembly integration & test
- Experience handling leading missile integration DVT Qual and flight tests
- Experience integrating telemetry and coordinating with the Platform Integration and Flight Test team and with setting up a lab space with breakout boxes tooling & handling fixtures needed for IOM assembly
- Experience handling ordnance (ordnance certifications) and assembling live flight rounds and coordinating and performing recovery for flight test at WSMR
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and PM7 level certification and experience performing Consent to Power reviews HARs Consent/Permit to Ship Reviews & RFI paperwork
- Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems oscilloscopes bus analyzers logic analyzers network analyzers and/or spectrum analyzers

Location Information
The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
