Job Description
Summary
Anderson is a full-service direct mail and digital marketing company located in Poway CA. We are looking for a full-time on-site experienced digital print operator to join our team!This position is for a swing shift (2:00pm-10:30pm). This person must be available to work weekends during peak busy months.
Compensation
$19.00/hour - $26.00/hour depending on experience
No visa sponsorship is offered for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the U.S

Responsibilities
1. Arranging setting up operating and maintaining various types of inkjet and laser printers used in imaging department for print production
2. Monitoring the machine operations finished products and components are matching with the quality and quantity specifications of the company
3. Replenishing stocking and sorting necessary materials
4. Loading and placing prepared commodities in appropriate locations
5. Maintaining a report of the total measure of goods manufactured per day
6. Requires lifting carrying bending twisting and standing on daily basis
7. May require use of dolly for moving of heavy materials
Qualifications
- Graphic Arts background preferred but not required
- Direct Mail experience preferred but not required
- Digital Print experience preferred but not required with Xerox iGens Nuvera Baltoro and Canon VarioStream
- Positive/can do attitude
- Enjoy working with machines and technology
- Enjoy problem-solving and hands-on work
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines in a high-production environment
- Detail oriented - Ensure precision in print setup and quality control
- Ability to see accurate color
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Strong logic and reasoning skills Troubleshoot issues and problem-solve effectively
- Basic computer skills Comfortable using computers for production tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-production environment and be comfortable working on your feet
- Reliable transportation Punctuality is essential
Language Skills
Ability to read analyze and interpret work orders. Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Mathematical Skills
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Physical Demands
Physical ability Lift up to 50 lbs to replenish press materials (toner fuser ink paper etc)
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The temperature in the work environment is occasionally hot or cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
