Located in the heart of the bustling Capri On Via Roma on Isle of Capri Edgewater Dining boasts a spectacular restaurant setting. A menu inspired by modern Australian cuisine with a twist of traditional style cooking paired with an extensive cocktail list to match its one of the Gold Coasts most favoured waterfront dining destinations.
We are seeking a Senior Waiter to join our team. You will thrive on delivering excellent customer service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience
Responsibilities of the role will include;
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
- Payment handling
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end restaurants and fine dining
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
