About Our ClientOur client is a prestigious law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. They are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and excellence in every case they handle.
Job Description
- Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.
- Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings answering written discovery taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited Law School.
- Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.
- At least 5 years of significant experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues.
