Position Details:
Registered Nurse. PRN/As needed no guarantee of hours for fill in/vacation/high census 12-hour shifts Day shift (0545-1815) & Night (1745-0615) shifts vary. Shared call (low census call certification call mandatory call as schedule needs).

Position Summary:
The Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for nursing care of assigned patients assessment of patient condition and needs development of individualized plan of care and interventions and both evaluation and documentation of care delivered. The RN provides clinical leadership/supervision and delegation to other staff/team members. The RN is to convey a professional and positive image of nursing and of the hospital to the public.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current RN license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Current BLS certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification as soon as available after hire. Acute and Post Partum unit check off required after hire.
Experience:
Experience at the level of staff nurse or nursing program clinical experience.
Job Knowledge:
Responsible to understand and capable of implementing duties with the scope of rules and regulations of the Oregon State Board of Nursing and the Nurse Practice Act.
