Night Nurse (RN or LPN) Overnight Shift New Grads Welcome!
Schedule: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
Days Off: Sunday/Monday or Tuesday/Wednesday
Location: Insert Facility or Location Name
Pay Rate:
LPN: $25 $27/hour
RN: $35 $37/hour
Position Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Nurses (LPNs or RNs) to provide high-quality care to our residents during overnight hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates ready to start their nursing careers in a supportive environment.
As a Night Nurse youll play a vital role in maintaining safety administering medications supervising staff and ensuring our residents receive the care and attention they deserve while the facility is at rest.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and assess resident conditions; update care plans as needed
Document care and report significant changes to the interdisciplinary team
Prepare and file incident infection control and assessment reports
Supervise and support nursing assistants to maintain quality care standards
Provide conflict resolution and assist with staff training when necessary
Advocate for resident rights preferences and care goals
Ensure adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards
Participate in quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Perform other nursing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current Arizona RN or LPN license
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Strong communication clinical and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and respond to urgent situations
