The Guest Services Associate at Verde Ranch Storage will include but is not limited to showing and renting units to potential guests customer service fielding incoming calls up-selling completing payments completing all paperwork and making collection calls.
Delivers legendary service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
Performs various administrative tasks including answering multi-line phones typing computer and data entry.
Answers incoming guest calls using appropriate etiquette to book reservations or assist with existing reservations.
Anticipates guest and facility needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing changes in associates morale and performance and communicating them to the manager.
- Cleans and organizes Storage / Self-Storage Facility as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
