In the role of Branch Manager you will join our retail team who place a strong focus on delivering real results for customers while keeping things simple.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do
- Work quickly and with purpose for our customers
- Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching mentoring leadership and direction
- Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
- Deliver a brilliant consistent and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
- Ensure that the standards procedures and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch
- Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Customer-centric thinking. Were open on industry experience and will be searching for individuals who have a customer obsessed approach
- Ability to Influence coach and advise your team
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles
- A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality with the will to go the extra mile
- An ability to work collaboratively with your team
- Resilience self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience
- A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
- An appreciation for the inclusion and diversity of our customers
