Are you passionate about vehicles and enjoy hands-on work Join our Fleet Operations team as a temporary Garage Serviceperson (Labourer) and play a pivotal role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic support-driven environment and possesses a keen interest in mechanical services.

What You Get to Do:

• Support our Mechanical Services operations through general shop labour tasks.
• Keep the shop equipment inventory and area clean and well-organized.
• Assist our Mechanical Services Technicians and provide logistical support.
• Handle the transportation of vehicles and parts pick-up.
• Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections perform maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork related to the job.
• Embrace a variety of duties to support our dedicated ATCO team members.

What You Bring:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid Alberta Class 5 drivers license; a Class 3 license with air brake endorsement is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude proficiency with tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in vehicle and equipment servicing in a shop environment is desirable.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Operational Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and participate in shift schedules and emergency callouts.
• This is a Safety-Sensitive position subject to pre-employment Alcohol & Drug tests as per company policy.
