The Preconstruction Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the pre-construction team with projects new to the pipeline creating tender programme and pre-construction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communications

The Preconstruction Project Managers responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Coordination
  • Budgeting and Cost Management
  • Risk Management
  • Client and Stakeholder Communications
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Team Leadership

Overall this role is vital for ensuring that construction projects are well-planned and executed efficiently setting the stage for successful project completion

Experience you need to be considered

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tendering / Preconstruction project experience.
