The Preconstruction Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the pre-construction team with projects new to the pipeline creating tender programme and pre-construction paperwork. Assisting with tendering and client communicationsThe Preconstruction Project Managers responsibilities include:
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Budgeting and Cost Management
- Risk Management
- Client and Stakeholder Communications
- Documentation and Reporting
- Team Leadership
Overall this role is vital for ensuring that construction projects are well-planned and executed efficiently setting the stage for successful project completion
Experience you need to be considered
- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tendering / Preconstruction project experience.
