Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Mason OH 45040. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
- Shift: 8 hr Day
- Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours/week
- Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr
- Assess and evaluate patients physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques to improve mobility and function.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans exercises and preventative care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory policies.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Active Ohio Physical Therapist license.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required).
- Experience: 1 year of recent experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is required. Outpatient experience is preferred.
