Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Malvern PA ( need locals 3 days onsite hybrid )
Duration: 6 months

Must haves:
* ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience.
* Implementing Employee Center Pro for an enterprise intranet/multi-department portal with news announcements org charts employee profiles integrated AI search (including indexing and taxonomy configuration) knowledge articles case management virtual agent etc.

With be responsible to:
* Lead the development and implementation of CrewNet within the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR IT and Crew Experience to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
* Develop and maintain custom applications workflows and integrations within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the CrewNet development team.
* Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support knowledge transfer and skill development for the CrewNet team.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and CrewNet functionalities.
* Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development and implementation.
