Overview
The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) plays a vital role in the healthcare team primarily focusing on the treatment and management of patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position is particularly suited for practitioners with an educational background in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) who have substantial exposure to critical care settings. The RMO will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care overseeing treatment protocols and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. In Sinnar Maharashtra this role is essential not only for effective patient management in the ICU but also for the integration of holistic and specialized treatments. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients.
- Manage and monitor patients in the ICU setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.

- Serve as a primary point of communication for patient families.
- Keep detailed records of patient information and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in BAMS or BHMS from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration in Maharashtra.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in critical care or ICU settings.
- Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in clinical assessment and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
