We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team bringing creative vision and to our brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment loves premium branding and enjoys the challenge of working across multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
What You ll Do:
Design digital creative collaterals including social media graphics sales decks presentations and other internal creative materials as needed.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all creatives align with Athenas brand guidelines and maintain a premium visual identity.
Take ownership of projects from concept to while managing feedback from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
Maintain high standards of design across all projects incorporating best practices in typography color theory and design psychology.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives.
What We re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in branding marketing or education).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma and Canva.
Deep understanding of premium branding typography color theory and design thinking.
Ability to own projects end-to-end managing fast-paced iterations and multiple stakeholders.
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team and take creative feedback constructively.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro After Effects)
Understanding of the foreign admissions process or previous experience in the education industry
