Primary Job Tasks
Respond to customers through a live chat platform addressing questions related to orders account status billing and product information.
Monitor the email support queue and send well-written tone-appropriate replies using client-provided documentation and templates.
Use CRM software to locate customer accounts update ticket statuses and enter case notes after each interaction.
Follow established workflows and escalation protocols for complex or sensitive customer issues.
Use saved replies (macros) and internal help docs to assist with common questions while adding personalization to make each customer feel supported.
Maintain response time standardstypically under 60 seconds for chat and within 3045 minutes for email.
Keep track of repeat issues or service complaints and report them to supervisors through internal channels.
Communicate asynchronously with team leads and other agents using Slack Notion and other chat-based tools.
Participate in weekly written reviews of your chats and tickets to continuously improve message clarity and tone.
