Job Description
This is a remote position.

What you will do
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and backend services for our AIpowered marketing platforms.
- Develop and maintain highperformance ETL systems that process largescale datasets in cloud environments (GCP).
- Writing welldesigned testable and efficient code.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business goals into efficient testable code.
- Participate in architectural decisions to enhance the performance scalability and reliability of our systems.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to a culture of clean code and technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot issues monitor system performance and proactively improve our backend infrastructure.

- We ll review your CV and if it s a match we ll invite you to complete an AIbased simulation using our Anthropos platform in a realistic business scenario.
- If you pass the simulation you ll move on to a technical interview with our Tech Director.
- Finally youll have a closing interview with HR where we ll discuss the offer.
Requirements
Who you are
- Experienced engineer: 4 years in professional Python development ideally in SaaS MarTech or AdTech environments.
- Backend specialist: Proficiency with Django and Django REST Framework along with data processing libraries.
- Cloudnative mindset: Practical experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerized development with Docker.
- Data engineering fluency: Experience building ETL pipelines and working with distributed systems or parallel processing frameworks.
- Architectural thinker: Comfortable contributing to system design and choosing the right tools for performance and scalability.
- Collaborative teammate: Strong communication skills fluent in English and enthusiastic about working in crossfunctional remote teams.
- Continuous learner: Proactive curious and motivated to stay current with the latest in cloud computing ML infrastructure and backend engineering.
- Academic background: MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
