We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Analyst to design develop and maintain robust data pipelines and analytical reports for our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will leverage data from multiple sources including GA4 Google Ads Meta Ads Tiktok and others to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth with a strong emphasis on using Power BI for reporting and Snowflake.
Bachelor s degree in computer science Data Science Statistics or a related field.
3 years of experience in data engineering data analysis or a similar role preferably in ecommerce.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL and Python (or R) for data extraction transformation and analysis.
Strong experience with Snowflake DBT data modelling Dagster and ETL/ELT processes.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
Familiarity with GA4 Google Ads Meta Ads Meta S2S and Braze Marketing APIs.
Handson experience with BI tools (Power BI Looker...) for reporting and visualization.
Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools; familiarity with Google BigQuery or AWS is a plus.
Experience with ecommerce analytics including funnel analysis cohort analysis and attribution modelling.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Roles and responsibilities:
Data Pipeline Development:
Build optimize and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake to integrate data from diverse sources (GA4 Google Ads Meta Ads Meta S2S Braze etc.) into a centralized data warehouse.
Ensure data quality consistency and reliability across all data sources.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor ecommerce KPIs (e.g. conversion rates ROAS customer acquisition costs).
Conduct indepth analyses to uncover trends customer behaviour and campaign performance.
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Data Integration & Transformation:
Work with APIs and servertoserver (S2S) integrations to collect and process data from platforms like Meta Google and Braze.
Transform raw data into structured formats for analysis using SQL Python or similar tools leveraging Snowflake for efficient data processing.
