Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper to join our client s dynamic financial team. In this role you ll manage essential financial operations using modern accounting systems while supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing and fulfillment business. This position offers the perfect blend of traditional bookkeeping expertise and exposure to contemporary business operations. You ll work with stateoftheart software systems and play a crucial role in maintaining the company s financial health while gaining valuable experience in both manufacturing and fulfillment sectors.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate customer invoicing
- Manage accounts receivable and conduct professional payment followups
- Perform regular payment reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Complete comprehensive monthly book reconciliations
- Provide detailed weekly financial status updates to management
- Maintain precise records within QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with team members using modern business systems
- Ensure smooth financial operations across manufacturing and fulfillment divisions
Requirements
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online
- Strong background in accounts receivable management and invoicing
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Excellence in professional communication and followup skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Availability during Pacific Time business hours
- Strong English language proficiency
