- 40 hours per week Monday Friday 9am 6pm Santa Clarita CA time

Overview:
The Content & Social Strategist is responsible for creating and managing strategic content across social media platforms and websites for assigned clients. Acting as both a copywriter and strategist this role is central to the execution task management and delivery of content aligned with the clients goals. Collaboration with internal teams and timely highquality delivery are essential to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with client objectives
- Write edit and optimize original content for multiple platforms ensuring consistency clarity and alignment with brand tone
- Manage a queue of content and social media deliverables ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
- Collaborate with Social Strategists and Account Managers to align execution with strategy and campaign goals
- Track and update all task management systems ensuring accurate reporting of progress and deadlines
- Respond to internal and client inquiries within 24 hours
- Participate in team meetings strategy calls and 1:1s with leadership
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation where applicable
- Stay updated on content and social media trends relevant to assigned client verticals
- Deliver content and campaign materials ontime and according to scope
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation copywriting or social media strategy (1 3 years preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with SEO and digital content optimization
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with social media scheduling tools and CMS platforms
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work US or South American business hours
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
