You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a visionary and datadriven Growth Lead with deep expertise in B2B corporate and affiliate travel business development. This role is pivotal in scaling our techenabled travel solutions leading salesdriven growth initiatives and driving strategic partnerships in the travel and tourism ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM platforms data analytics and demonstrated leadership of growth and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead the growth strategy for B2B/corporate travel affiliate channels and partner ecosystems.
Manage a crossfunctional team comprising sales CRM analysts and client success professionals.
Define and track key KPIs across sales funnels customer retention and revenue growth.
Leverage CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
Drive databacked decisionmaking from lead generation to conversion optimization.
Implement automation and personalization at scale across sales and engagement touchpoints.
Lead enterpriselevel negotiations with corporate travel buyers affiliate platforms and channel partners.
Foster strategic partnerships with TMCs OTAs airlines and aggregators.
Optimize sales processes and ensure highperformance across business acquisition teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales growth or business development roles within the travel and tourism sector especially in B2B corporate or affiliate channels.
Strong understanding of CRM systems sales operations and customer data platforms.
Proven experience in managing highperforming sales/growth teams.
Deep knowledge of corporate travel procurement affiliate partnerships and sales cycles.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor s degree required (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred).

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical thinker with experience working with sales dashboards and revenue modeling.
Experience working in techdriven or SaaSenabled travel ecosystems is a plus.
