Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Engineering Graduates / Postgraduates who are passionate about building a career in Workday ERP (HCM Finance Integrations AMS Support) and related technologies such as AI product development and automation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and gain handson experience in one of the most indemand enterprise platforms.
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Engineering Graduates / Postgraduates who are passionate about building a career in Workday ERP (HCM Finance Integrations AMS Support) and related technologies such as AI product development and automation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and gain handson experience in one of the most indemand enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and get certified in Workday modules such as HCM Financials Integrations or Adaptive Planning.
- Contribute to support and development projects including Application Management Services (AMS).
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors etc.
- Collaborate on internal AI and automation projects contributing to product development.
- Write clean scalable code using modern scripting and programming languages (e.g. JavaScript Python).
- Participate in knowledge sharing training and team activities with a learningfirst mindset.
Requirements
Who Can Apply:
- B.E./ graduates (2023 or 2024 passouts preferred).
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in cloud technologies ERP programming and automation.
- Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages (JavaScript Python etc.).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Selfdriven with a strong passion to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred but not Mandatory:
- Internship or academic projects related to cloud integration or automation.
- Awareness of Workday SAP Oracle or other ERP platforms.
