Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering datadriven recommendations to stakeholders. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers Developers QA and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and deliver highquality business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.
Facilitate workshops interviews and meetings with stakeholders and endusers.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Use Cases Process Flows and User Stories.
Participate in UAT planning execution and defect management.
Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify risks and issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Support postimplementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
3 7 years of experience in business analysis requirements gathering and process improvement.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA Confluence Microsoft Visio Excel or similar.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
Strong problemsolving analytical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification such as CBAP CCBA PMIPBA or Agile BA certification.
Domain knowledge in e.g. Banking Finance Healthcare Ecommerce or other relevant industry.
Experience with CRM systems ERP platforms or cloud technologies (Salesforce SAP etc.).
Familiarity with API integrations and technical documentation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Attention to detail with a commitment to highquality deliverables.
Selfmotivated proactive and adaptable to change.
