Bilingual Customer Care Representative Remote
Exciting remote opportunity in the insurance industry for a bilingual professional with strong administrative and communication skills. Support disability program operations manage client intake and deliver toptier service across Canada. Flexible shifts national scope and potential for extension.

12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule with occasional overtime may be required.
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities:
Conduct verbal intake of referral information from clients.
Respond to calls and emails from plan sponsors and plan members.
Process new referrals and file closures in the case management system.
Manage incoming mail faxes invoices offsite files and file copy requests.
Provide administrative support including preparing template letters updating data and managing office supply needs.
Assist with basic client reporting and ad hoc projects.
What you will need to succeed:
Postsecondary education.
2 years of experience in administration clerical work or a related field.
Previous experience in a highpaced customer service environment.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.).
Strong customer focus with active listening skills.
Ability to investigate resolve issues and follow through with clients.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with medical terminology.
Nice to Have: Background in IT support or experience in an information center.
Flexibility required based on business needs.
Occasional overtime may be required.
