Job Title: Technical Production Operator (Fiber Production/Electrospinning)
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Electrospinning Production Operator to support textile manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in textile production or converting environments particularly those with web path handling and tension control knowledge. The position offers excellent potential for longterm growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor electrospinning production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage web path tension and control throughout production runs.
- Adhere to production standards while maintaining highquality output.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and report any equipment issues.
- Follow all safety regulations and comply with company protocols.
- Support quality assurance efforts by upholding established inspection and testing processes.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance required over 102 lbs).
- Able to stand and walk 90 of the day.
- Occasional crouching or kneeling 15 and sitting 10 during breaks or when operating a forklift.
- Must have the ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with web path tension control are essential.
