Reboot Staff is currently seeking a reliable and customerfocused Cashier to join our team in Raleigh NC. This position requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to manage transactions efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using pointofsale (POS) systems
Handle cash credit and check transactions securely
Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
Monitor inventory levels near the cashier area and report shortages
Follow company procedures for returns exchanges and refunds
Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational flow
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong mathematical and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Dependable punctual and detailoriented
Basic proficiency in operating POS systems
Able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed
