Job Description

We are currently seeking a detailoriented and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files

  • Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Assist with data entry reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed

  • Support various departments with daytoday operations


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus

  • Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Attention to detail and a positive teamoriented attitude
