We are currently seeking a detailoriented and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist with data entry reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
Support various departments with daytoday operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and a positive teamoriented attitude
