We are currently seeking a reliable and detailoriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills a positive attitude and the ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. This is a key frontline role responsible for ensuring a smooth checkout process and a pleasant shopping experience for all our customers.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with purchases in a friendly and professional manner
Handle cash credit and debit card transactions accurately
Issue receipts refunds and exchanges as needed
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding transactions and cash handling
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong math and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
Reliable punctual and able to work flexible shifts including weekends
