The purpose of this role is to take care of the employees social and community wellbeing and through that ensure high engagement of our employees.
The main focus areas will be:
- Celebrating and team spirit: (designing and managing employee recognition programs organizing company and team events).
- Community and employee wellbeing (keeping Proekspert traditions alive raising awareness on a variety of workrelated topics and physical and mental wellness).
- Employee Perks (employee perks and benefits system overseeing and development).
- Internal communication (creating process descriptions and documentation in the wellbeing area and sharing that with employees).
- HR team collaboration (handson support of other HR functions).
Qualifications :
You will succeed in this job if:
- Youhave previous experience working in a similar role.
- You have previous experience organizing different inhouse events (company team etc.).
- You are great with budgeting tracking and managing costs.
- You have good attention to detail and able to prioritize and deliver tasks on time.
- You are proactive and selfdriven.
- You enjoy being creative and social.
- You enjoy public speaking/presenting inside the company.
- You are a quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment.
- You are comfortable with and have experience with social media channels.
- You are excellent in Estonian and English.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in an IT company.
- A degree in recreational management.
