Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team in Tamworth Australia. In this role you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving profitable sales growth.
- Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and support each others success
- Maintain a visually appealing and organised sales floor ensuring merchandise is presented to the highest standards
- Process web orders efficiently including picking wrapping and organising timely delivery of items
- Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a customerfacing role with a strong track record of delivering excellent service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated sales skills and a goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive culture
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs
