Quality Staffing Inc. also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search a leading fullservice employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the areas top companies is looking for experienced Administrative Services Assistantsto work through our agency as a contract employee with the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TN DHS) located in Cookeville TN. This is an onsite positionworking from8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $14.00 per hour.
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Working under general supervision within a fastpaced work environment.
Responsible for clerical and mail room duties including processing mail received.
Receiving and registering applications.
Receiving and processing verifications.
Will perform data collection data entry and research of case information.
Minimum Skills Needed for Administrative Assistant position:

Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Correspondence via Email & in General
Ability to Adapt to Changes in Assignments as needed

Education and Qualifications Required for Administrative Assistant position:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Previous Office Work and/or Clerical Work Experience preferred
MUST be local to the Cookeville TN area
