Job Description
About the Role
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Bilue youll play a key role in leading the delivery of highquality scalable digital products for our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives in highperforming teams is passionate about quality code and brings strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Youll work primarily with React on the front end and AWSbased services on the back end. Experience with TypeScript or a background in C# is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design implementation and delivery of fullstack features and improvements
- Architect scalable cloudnative applications using AWS (e.g. Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3)
- Build responsive componentbased UIs with React (Hooks Context API etc.)
- Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to translate business requirements into working software
- Perform code reviews mentor team members and contribute to technical decisionmaking
- Drive best practices for CI/CD testing code quality and performance optimisation

CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions CloudFormation / CDK
Nice to Have
Experience with for SSR and static site generation
TypeScript for typed JavaScript development
C# or .NET Core for integrating with legacy systems or APIs
Qualifications :
About You
Youre a technically strong and peoplefocused engineer with a proven track record of leading successful software delivery. Youre passionate about writing clean code mentoring others and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to build digital products that make a real impact.
Required Experience
- 7 years of experience in fullstack development
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6)
- Solid experience designing and deploying services on AWS
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Familiarity with microservices and eventdriven architectures
- Comfortable balancing technical leadership with handson coding
