Job Description
Are you ready to step into a leadership role that shapes the future of engineering training at Air New Zealand Were looking for a passionate and driven Facilitation Leader to lead our Christchurch team of Facilitators based at our Christchurch Training Maintenance Organisation.
In this role youll be responsible for delivering highquality costeffective and customerfocused training solutions that meet learner needs and align with business regulatory and safety standards.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring a team of Facilitators to deliver impactful training across a range of subjectsfrom Level 3 to Rating Classes.
- Supporting classroom delivery when needed ensuring consistency and excellence in facilitation.
- Planning and managing workload to meet delivery and development targets.
- Driving a strong safety culture and championing our Safety Management System (SMS).
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in training delivery and team performance.
- Communicating effectively across all levels of the business and fostering strong relationships.
