Description of the Role:

The Automotive Lube Technician (Seasonal) at Acton Ford Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of automotive vehicles. This position requires the candidate to have prior experience or education in the automotive field and a proficiency in performing oil changes tire rotations and tire replacements. There are significant opportunities for training in advancement in this developmental role.

This is a seasonal position with full or part time opportunities available for the summer of 2025 with potential for CoOp placement in the fall semester.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular maintenance tasks on customer vehicles including oil changes tire rotations and tire replacements
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying necessary repairs
  • Working with the team to meet service and repair deadlines

Requirements:

  • Student currently enrolled in a high school (Juniors & Seniors) or community college automotive technical program
  • Candidates must possess a valid drivers license
  • Proficiency in performing oil changes tire rotations and tire replacements
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
