Description of the Role:
The Automotive Lube Technician (Seasonal) at Acton Ford Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of automotive vehicles. This position requires the candidate to have prior experience or education in the automotive field and a proficiency in performing oil changes tire rotations and tire replacements. There are significant opportunities for training in advancement in this developmental role.
This is a seasonal position with full or part time opportunities available for the summer of 2025 with potential for CoOp placement in the fall semester.
Responsibilities:
- Performing regular maintenance tasks on customer vehicles including oil changes tire rotations and tire replacements
- Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying necessary repairs
- Working with the team to meet service and repair deadlines
Requirements:
- Student currently enrolled in a high school (Juniors & Seniors) or community college automotive technical program
- Candidates must possess a valid drivers license
- Proficiency in performing oil changes tire rotations and tire replacements
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
